This trail jouneys through a beautiful rain forest which leads to a the summit of Puu Pia. We suggest that you bring rain attire for this hike.

Directions:

Take McCully out of Waikiki. Turn right onto Kapiolani Avenue. Turn left onto University Avenue. Turn right onto East Manoa Road. Turn left onto Alani Drive. This road deadends at Woodlawn. You will see the signs for Puu Pia trail. It looks like you are going down a private driveway.

Inform a friend of your route and your expected time of return.

Never hike alone or go beyond your capability

Always bring water, basic first aid kit and rain gear, just in case.

Do not drink stream water which contains biological impurities
