3-Course Crab and Sirloin Steak Dinner includes Half Baby Romaine, Kamuela Vine Ripened Tomatoes and Sesame Star Puff Pastry with Papaya Seed Dressing, Main Entree of Steamed Snow Crab Legs and Sirloin Steak with Port Wine Sauce with Fresh Lemon, Clarified Butter and Citrus Ponzu, Homemade Mashed Potatoes and Sauteed Fresh Vegetables, and Hawaii's Favorite Macadamia Nut Ice Cream. Whole Loaf of Freshly Baked Poi Bread with Butter accompany dinner. Freshly Brewed STARs Original Coffee and Tea are also served. Special Menus of Chicken, Fish or Vegan available with 24 hours notice.
Beverage: One Welcome Mai Tai is served. Additional premium beverages and the STARs special selection of vintage wine and champagne by the bottle available for purchase.

Our feature show is the magical My Hawaii Lei of Memories, choreographed by Kumu Hula Al Makahinu Barcarse, with the largest cast on island waters and new costumes professionally designed by Kathe James. Celebrating Hawaii's beauty and culture, this original show is a must see on Oahu! Plus, a variety of live entertainment, like no other, starting with the STARs pier-side welcome hula. During dinner, enjoy live Hawaiian music as we cruise along the Waikiki coastline. Fun audience participation and dancing commences until disembarkation.

- Transportation: Round-trip motorcoach transportation from the Waikiki area available at $11.00 per person.
- Accessible Accommodations (for transportation and vessel): Available upon request with 24 hours advance notice.
- Cruise Time: 5:30 7:30PM.
- Location / Check-In: Departs from Aloha Tower Marketplace, Pier 8. For those arriving via own transportation, please check in 45 minutes prior to departure at our Reservations Office, next to the Star of Honolulu.
- Vessel Info: The custom-built 232 Star of Honolulu is Hawaii's largest, award-winning 1,500-passenger tour vessel with 3 types of stabilizers for smooth sailing in Hawaiian waters; Hawaii's only A.D.A. compliant ship with 2 elevators, plus 4 spacious decks for the best views and most choices to suit your needs. Other features include 6 beautiful dining rooms and private lounges, sound systems, bars and restrooms on all decks, and a 60 high observation sun deck.
- Route: The Star of Honolulu is stabilized and certificated to go beyond Diamond Head to view the beautiful Kahala Gold Coast. The Captain reserves the right to alter the route depending on sea conditions.
- Attire: Casual. Short pants are not recommended. On cooler nights, a light jacket is recommended.
