61-631 Kamehameha Highway, North Shore
Also known as Laniakea Beach Park, this North Shore beach is located between Papailoa and Chun's Reef. The site is very popular with experienced surfers but is not very safe for swimming. Green sea turtles are often spotted here as they eat the algae growing on the rocks.

Cautions:
Be careful of riptide currents off shore. Take caution during the Winter months when waves can reach heights of twenty five feet. From June through September there are incidents of stinging limu (seaweed). Obey all postings and warning signs.
