Kula Botanical Gardens has six acres of walking tours displaying nearly 2,000 examples of flora and fauna indigenous to the Hawaiian Islands. This is an excellent place to see Maui's most famous flower, the protea. A stream, koi pond and unsurpassed views from the reception center, make this garden especially nice.
