DOLPHIN DISCOVERY SNORKEL ADVENTURE
If you are an adventurer that likes the wind in your hair, getting a chance to see dolphins in the wild, and the thrill of discovering a side of the Maui that only a few will see... this Dolphin Discovery Snorkel Adventure is for you!

The newly built 54ft. Maui Magic is a state-of-the-art, fast, comfortable, power catamaran equipped with BBQ grills, onboard waterslide, and an awesome sound system. Although we are licensed for 71 passengers, we will take only a small group for maximum comfort with no more than 45 passengers per excursion. This is a true Hawaiian experience, complete with Hawaiian Historical and Cultural Narration plus Hawaiian Music too!

Best of all you can get a chance to see Spinner Dolphins and even Pacific Bottlenose Dolphins when nature permits. We usually have a great success at finding these magnificent creatures.

The weather dictates our snorkel sites and destinations. Possibilities include the Kanaio Coast, La Perouse, offshore Kaho'olawe, Molokini, Turtle Arches, and the beautiful Coral Gardens. Whatever nature and her beauty have in store for us, you can be sure it will be exciting! A free videotape of our excursion is given as a gift for each family joining us for this incredible adventure in paradise!

WHALE WATCHING (Seasonal between December 15 - April 15)

Each year, from late December through April, humpback whales migrate to the warm waters of Hawaii to calve, mate and rear their young. The shallow waters surrounding Maui are known as the "cradle of the humpback" due to the fact that a large number of humpbacks are raised in this area.

Calves are born weighing in at around 3000 pounds and grow at a rate of 200 pounds a day during the first few weeks of life. The adults have been known to reach 45 feet in length and may weigh up to 40 tons.

The humpback whale has been protected from whaling in U.S. waters since 1966 and is presently listed as an endangered species. Education is our most effective tool in saving this species from extinction. Viewing these majestic creatures from our whale watching boats is not only one of the most exciting things you will ever do, but narration by our naturalists will enlighten you to the life of the humpback whales.

Highlights:
Four Winds II combines a whalewatch with a snorkel excursion every afternoon during whale season. Not only will you be able to view the activity of the humpback (like awesome breaches, peck and tail slaps and more!), but you'll spend a lazy afternoon snorkeling and watersliding while our crew grills up the best burgers and chicken on Maui and serves you your choice of beverages. This is one of the best trips of it's kind!
