Manele Bay Harbor

New Manele Road, South Lanai

This small boat harbor is surrounded on the west by Pali Lei no Haunui seacliffs which provide the harbor with excellent protection from storms and strong currents. This is where most private yachts, charter boats and the Lahaina-Lanai Ferry dock.

The ocean view is beautiful here and, on clear days, the island of Maui with Mount Haleakala can easily be seen in the distance. There is a shaded picnic area, tables, pavillion and grills where you can enjoy a leasurely lunch watching the boats come and go.

The Ferry to Lahaina, Maui, departs fivel times each day starting at 8am, 10:30am, 2pm, 4:30pm, and 6:45pm. The fare is $25 per adult each way. Expeditions in Lahaina can be arranged or just go and spend the day in the lovely old port city of Lahaina.
