Near Po'ipu, South Kauai
This narrow passage between the mountains above
Po'ipu is known at Knudsen Gap. In the 1800's, this
was a dangerous trip as robbers could easily ambush
a traveler going through the narrow pass. Today,
it is just another beautiful scenic site on the
Garden Isle.
