East Kauai
Kapa'a is a quaint old town on the east coast of
Kauai just after Wailua. The main drag can often
become quite congested with traffic, so many people
opt to take the "temporary" bypassd road
on the left between Mile Marker #6 & 7. However,
there is great shopping shopping in this little
city. The Kauai Village Shopping Center, numerous
specialty stores, and funky outlets line the street.
