This Christian church was built in 1855 by Rev. Elias Bond who brought religion, schools and medicine to this remote area of Hawaii. A distinctive feature of this church is the square steeple.

DIRECTIONS:
Take Highway 270 north past Hawi going toward Kapa'au. Before Mile Marker #24 turn right and go approximately 1/2 mile. The church is located on the right.
