How will I receive my tickets?
A: You ticket vouchers are sent via email.
How do I get the directions to the activities I book?
A: All the information you will need will be indicated on your tickets,
including times, directions, and/or pickup locations.
What is your cancellation policy?
A: Customers may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity for
a 100% refund for most activities. Activities that have a specific cancellation will be listed its reservations page. There are no refunds for cancellations made within
48 hours or less. A full refund will be given if the activity is cancelled
by the vendor.
Prices... Fees?
A: HawaiiWeb.com only promotes the best activity companies in Hawaii. All
prices listed are direct from the activity providers - there are no hidden
cost or added fees.
